7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joy baji platform. Violating this prohibition may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Using any software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

joy baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

If there is a valid balance remaining after account closure, it will be returned subject to applicable conditions. Bonus or promotional funds will not apply in this case.
